38 acres of sand where the San Diego River meets the Pacific Ocean (enter at the west end of Voltaire Street in Ocean Beach.
Fiesta Island -

Most other beaches and parks in San Diego permit dogs on leash after 6 pm(after 4 pm in the winter) and before 9 am. Everywhere you and your dog go, whether on or off leash,
you are responsible for picking up after your dog.
